Who is corrupt?

He calls his opponent “corrupt” because of something the son did.

With dictionary definition of corrupt as “something changed from original to debased,” his hair is corrupt, as is his skin tone. His mouth and what comes out of it are utterly corrupt. Can we see it as a corrupt-haired, corrupt-skinned, corrupt-mouthed individual wanting to lead us in life? Hmm!
